About Pisco

Pisco is the national drink of Peru. It is made from white grapes (seven kilos of grapes are required to make one litre of Pisco). Pisco can be drunk pure but is most commonly mixed into a cocktail called Pisco Sour.

Receipe for Pisco Sour:

Blend 3 measures of pure Pisco, 10 ice cubes and a 3/4 measure of sugar. Add 1 measure of lime juice and 1/3 of egg white (optional).
